Besides working as a small-band leader, and trumpet-soloist, Jens also composes large bodies of work. Works for Bigband / Choir, or even Big Band / Symphoni orchestras.

Very dramatic passages interspersed with lyric, introspective passages, words are not enough, they're not the media. It is obvious that Jens is both a product of those who went before him, classical and rhythmic composers alike, and also one of the giants that are shaping the way music will be perceived for many many years to come.
